Well, it seems like comedy-drama is doing alright over the Atlantic right now especially considering my namesake the critically acclaimed, emmy-winning HBO show Succession. After all, there are practices, including academic ones. But I’m sure people will add their own favourites I illustrate the talk with a range of slides and video clipsmany of them amusingthat invite the audience to rethink their prejudices. Not sure what that says about my viewing tastes. Weirdly probably the most popular Cold Feet I’ve never watched, but all the others mentioned I did.
